Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Ground beef
  • Marinara sauce
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic and diced onion. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, half of the mozzarella, and half of the parmesan to create a smooth mixture.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes until bubbly.
