  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well-coated. Arrange them on the prepared wire rack.
  3. Bake the wings for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While baking, prepare the glaze by simmering coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan for about 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Once baked, toss the wings in the coconut-lime glaze until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
