  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with water for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool and peel the eggs; slice them in half and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks in a bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg whites.
  5. Add an olive slice on top of each egg for the ‘pupil’ and drizzle with red food coloring or sriracha as desired.
  6. Chill before serving.
