  • 6 cloves garlic, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Honey for glazing
