  • 1 (28 fluid ounce) can diced tomatoes (with juices)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 (14 fluid ounce) cans white kidney (cannellini) beans (drained)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground turkey to the pot; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, minced garlic, and drained white beans. Mix well.
  4. Bring the chili to a gentle bubble; reduce heat and let simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
